On-Line Distance Training Packages

Nutritional Training - $100 

A detailed explanation of what an effective training diet would entail, how to program meal patterns, balance macro-nutrients and use exchange lists. A sample diet will be created based of healthy nutrition and your individual goals.  Information will be complied in advance and be shared via email and Skype or phone.


Program Design - $100

A detailed explanation of what an effective workout routine would include. Based on your unique history, we will address any problems in the past and find ways to overcome them in the future. In the process we will troubleshoot common mistakes people make, and establish the necessary frequency, intensity and type of exercise to achieve the desired results. This information should give you the confidence to compose an effective routine from any exercises you prefer now or may learn in the future. Information will be compiled in advance and be shared via email and Skype or phone.


6 week Training Package - $500

This package is meant to establish an effective workout routine to achieve your goals. Initial appointments discussing the program and workouts will last approximately an hour. Weekly appointment there after will last approximately 30 minutes.This package includes:

  • Nutritional Training (see description above)
  • Program Design (see description above)
  • 4 to 6 workout templates individually created for your own unique goals and fitness level.
  • Weekly assessments to adjust the routine as needed.

12 week Contest Prep Training Package - $900

This package includes a 12 week program to prepare you for a competition. Information will be compiled in advance and be shared via email, Skype and phone. Initial appointments discussing the program and workouts will last approximately an hour. Weekly appointment there after will last approximately 30 minutes. When possible I will attend the event the help you prepare for stage.

  • Program Design (see description above)
  • A workout regimen with workout templates developed just for you and the areas you need to develop.
  • A sample diet based on your food preferences and goal weight.
  • Guidance in selecting a suit.
  • Guidance with competition level tanning.
  • Working with posing and performance on stage.
  • Weekly assessments to adjust the program as needed.

If more time is desired to cover information, ask questions, practice posing, or continue training after a package has ended rates will be determined based on the service and time needed.
